Service Description
snippetsafe is a zero-knowledge encrypted message sharing service operated by Agguro OÜ. Messages are encrypted in the user's browser before transmission. Our servers only store encrypted data they cannot decrypt. Only the intended recipient's browser can decrypt messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SnippetSafe for:
- Any illegal activities
- Sharing malware or malicious content
- Spamming or automated message sending
- Attempting to decrypt messages not intended for you
- Attempting to compromise the service's security
Service Limitations
- Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days
- Maximum message size is 1MB
- Rate limiting may be applied to prevent abuse
- Service availability is provided on an "as is" basis
Security and Privacy
- Messages are encrypted in your browser using zero-knowledge encryption before transmission
- Our servers only store encrypted data they cannot decrypt or access
- Private keys are stored only in your browser and never transmitted to our servers
- Clearing browser data will result in loss of access to messages
- We cannot recover messages or decrypt content if you lose access to your browser data
Intellectual Property
snippetsafe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agguro OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
AGGURO OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
