Artwork and generated files
When you select an image, the tool reads and processes it in your browser. Cropping, image conversion and ZIP creation happen on your device. We do not upload your artwork, its filename, your crop settings or the generated print files to our servers.
The tool does not create an online gallery, cloud backup or shared link. Downloads are saved where your browser normally saves files. They remain on your device until you remove them. Keep your original artwork and any exported files you need.
Image compression, image-to-PDF conversion and CSV cleanup
Selected files, filenames, photos and CSV cells are processed in your browser. The tools do not send this content, matching choices or generated results to our servers, add them to page URLs, or save them in application browser storage. Working data stays in the current page session; use the clear controls or close the tab when finished. Your browser and device may manage their own memory, history and downloads.
Copying a result puts it on your device’s clipboard at your request. Downloaded JPEG, PDF and CSV files remain wherever your browser saves them. These tools do not modify or delete your originals.
PDF forms
The PDF form filler reads your PDF and processes field answers and added text inside this browser tab. Documents, filenames, answers and completed copies are not uploaded, put in URLs or saved in application browser storage. PDF rendering resources and writing fonts are served by SnippetSafe. Download your completed copy before closing or refreshing the page; we cannot recover it for you.
Word documents
The Word editor reads DOCX files and edits supported text and checkboxes in this browser tab. Documents, answers and exported copies are not uploaded, placed in URLs or saved in application browser storage. Download your edited copy before leaving; closing or refreshing the tab clears the working session.
Electricity prices
The electricity viewer requests a public date from a SnippetSafe endpoint. Our server retrieves and briefly caches Elering’s public prices; it does not forward your browser cookies or request headers to Elering. No electricity account, address, meter reading or consumption data is requested. Unit, VAT and window choices stay in the current tab and are not saved in application storage. Normal hosting connection information may still be processed.
Accounts, cookies and analytics
The tools do not require an account, email address or payment information. We do not use advertising trackers, session recording or application cookies to track your work.
Product analytics is currently disabled. No product analytics script loads in this release.
Hosting and connection information
Visiting the site still makes requests to our hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security providers, including Vercel, may process connection information such as IP addresses, user agents, timestamps and request paths to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site. Local file processing does not make your visit anonymous.
Infrastructure logs have operational retention periods separate from the tool. We do not claim that all connection logs are disabled or immediately deleted. Contact us if you need information about a particular request or retention period.
Messages and external sites
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond. Please do not send sensitive artwork or personal information unless needed for your question. Links to Etsy, print references and other external sites are governed by those sites’ policies when you visit them.
The previous client request service
SnippetSafe previously offered a client request workflow. That feature is retired. Records created through it remain subject to their original expiry and deletion rules; changing the website does not itself erase historical infrastructure logs or backups. Contact us about data from that service.
Questions and privacy requests
Contact privacy@agguro.io for privacy questions or requests relating to your data. We may need enough information to locate relevant correspondence or service records. We cannot recover artwork that was only processed locally on your device.
