Local processing, explained

A file picker. Not an upload.

Your browser does the work: filling documents, processing images, comparing records and preparing downloads.

Choose a tool, work locally, save your result

  1. Choose the tool for your PDF, Word document, image or CSV.
  2. Open a supported file or paste text into that tool.
  3. Edit, compare or process the content in your browser and review the result.
  4. Download the finished copy or copy supported text results before leaving the page.

Your content is not sent to a SnippetSafe server for these steps. There is no account, remote processing queue or cloud gallery.

What each tool does on your device

The image compressor decodes and re-encodes images locally. The CSV duplicate remover parses text, compares the selected columns and creates downloadable CSV files in the browser. The JPG to PDF tool re-encodes selected images and combines them into a PDF on your device. None of these tools uploads the content or places it in a URL. Clear the inputs or close the tab to finish; there is no cloud recovery of an unsaved result.

The PDF form filler reads and renders your PDF locally, fills supported fields and creates a completed copy in the browser. It does not execute PDF form scripts or send answers to a server. It is not a document sanitizer, redaction tool or digital-signature service; existing document content is preserved. Review the completed PDF before using it.

The Word editor changes supported text inside the existing DOCX package locally. It does not fetch external document resources, run document scripts or remove editing restrictions. Original embedded content is preserved; the editor is not a document sanitizer. Review the saved layout before sharing.

The artwork packager reads a JPEG or PNG, previews print ratios and creates JPG files with a buyer guide in ZIP downloads. The image, crop settings and generated files stay on your device.

Electricity prices need a public data feed

The electricity viewer fetches public Nord Pool prices through a SnippetSafe server endpoint backed by Elering. It requires an internet connection and identifies the source and last check. This does not upload your files or access an electricity account. Missing or stale prices are labelled; the viewer cannot control your devices or calculate your complete bill.

What the website still needs

Your browser loads the website and its code from our hosting infrastructure. Those page requests can produce normal connection logs. Our privacy policy explains this distinction and how to contact us.

What local processing cannot protect against

You still trust your browser, device, extensions and the code delivered by this site. A compromised device or extension could access files or screen content. These tools do not encrypt downloads or control what happens when you share or upload them elsewhere.

Close the tab when you are finished and keep the files you need in your own storage. We cannot recover locally processed content or an unsaved export for you.
